2 Player?

This game is awesome but my problem is I have WiFi but it wont let me join games on multiplayer and also it doesnt say how to unlock 2 player split screen. And every time I click buy on a body Japanese writing pops up the reason this is getting 4 stars from me is because the gameplay is nice and smooth and it is very addicting and the graphics are great. Please excuse my not grammering.
